CARA is looking for consultants who have five+ years experience developing instructor-led (ILT) and/or eLearning training solutions. We seek mature, professional and experienced Developers to assist our Fortune 1000 customers in meeting their learning and performance support objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE model
• Effectively work with Instructional Designers to develop ILT, eLearning, and/or webinar courses  based on  course design document or storyboards.
• Able to create storyboards and templates as part of the development of course. Experience in developing materials, including Facilitator and Participant Guides, Job Aids, Visual Presentations for ILT, Virtual, and eLearning delivery.

• Capable of developing engaging eLearning courses that Integrate multimedia, including video and audio
• Include a high level of interactivity and  interactive knowledge checks
• Adhere to  SCORM/AICC/HTML standards
• Understand how to integrate eLearning with client’s Learning Management System

• Identify new development techniques that will enhance the learning experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and meet multiple customer needs and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with one or more of the following rapid development tools:

• Articulate
• Lectora
• Captivate

• Optional: Experience with the following tools:
• Flash
• Dreamweaver
• HMTL5
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design Technology, Computer Science or related experience and certification.
