04.30.12: CARA Announces the PURE Award Recipient for the First Quarter of 2012, Marly Heidkamp

CARA is pleased to recognize Senior Consultant and Project Manager, Marly Heidkamp, for this prestigious award.

CARA’s staff selects the recipients after careful consideration of candidates nominated through client feedback, team observations and proven results.

Marly Heidkamp joined CARA in August, 2010 originally to serve as a strong Project Manager for one of our clients at Abbott Laboratories. The client required an individual with “polish, commitment and savvy”, as well as good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate across a higher level of the organization’s leadership.  As Marly’s assignments were completed, the client enthusiastically found additional projects to further utilize her expertise.

Currently, Marly is acting as a Program Manager supporting the development and implementation of a role-based training program. She is also overseeing enhancements to an Onboarding Program to include online functionality and global reach, soft skills and specific skills development identified by the client’s functional leaders. In her recent PURE Evaluation, Marly’s client manager gave her an overall rating of Excellent and wanted to recognize and thank her for her continued and ongoing support:

She has been a great resource to me, contributing through her work effort and idea generation.
