02.20.12: CARA Announces the PURE Award Recipients for the Fourth Quarter of 2011, Marcia Gauger and Jerry Stemkowski
Chicago, IL — The CARA Group, Inc., a leading consulting firm specializing in custom learning and performance solutions, announced the recipient of its PURE Service Award for the fourth quarter of 2011. CARA is pleased to recognize two consultants, Marcia Gauger and Jerry Stemkoski, for this prestigious award.
CARA’s PURE Service Program sets it apart from other firms by providing a unique way to measure success and evaluate how well their consultants’ service client needs. The firm’s entire recruitment process is based on the PURE Service philosophy and consultants are reviewed quarterly based on how well their work-ethic aligns with the PURE Service criteria: Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence. CARA’s staff selects the recipients after careful consideration of candidates nominated through client feedback, team observations and proven results.
Marcia Gauger is an Instructional Designer and Performance Consultant. She joined CARA in early 2011 to help our client, Motorola Solutions, with a Sales Competency Modeling project. Our client described Marcia’s contributions, “… From my perspective, her work ethic epitomizes PURE. Her professionalism sets the standard. She is never late to a meeting, always appropriately dressed, and plans ahead to prepare. I am never concerned about having her ‘solo’ in calls and meetings with my colleagues to represent me or my needs. This behavior carried over for another client, Centro, a firm that streamlines the online media buying activities for advertising agencies, Marcia was instrumental during the sales process in helping this client articulate his vision for a new consultative sales methodology. She immediately established creditability, helping the client understand the gap analysis process. Not only did Marcia professionally conduct the needs analysis across a target audience of 100 Account Executives and Account Managers, she provided added-value with thought leadership on the very definition of Solution Selling.
