My Role on the CARA Team

Susan Hill is Senior CARA Consultant with more than 20 years of business experience, specializing in the design, development and facilitation of training and other key learning initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of both people and organizations.

Susan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University with an emphasis on Finance. She has earned numerous Certifications, including Covey Institute (Leadership), Huthwaite (SPIN Selling), Wilson Learning (Negotiation Skills, Change Management and Consultative Sales), and Career Systems International (Employee Retention)

Susan began her career in Learning Management at AT&T/Lucent Technologies and later consulted with corporations like Tellabs, United Airlines, Baxter and McDonalds developing and facilitating a host of Management Training and Leadership Development Programs.
