The CARA Group was founded in June 2002.
Our name, CARA, is Gaelic for friend. CARA founders looked to develop an organization built on the philosophy that treating clients and consultants as friends made good business sense. Today, we continue that tradition and put the needs of both groups at the center of everything we do.
The Celtic knot represents our Company philosophy. It symbolizes the pure and binding strength of CARA’s relationships with past, present and future clients and consultants.
A Philosophy of Results
Organizations of all sizes are under continued pressure to cut costs and meet profit demands. Often, these mandates force management into a “one-size-fits-all” approach to procurement.
CARA executives understand this because of our many years working in publicly traded companies, driven by the demands of multiple stakeholders. We know the challenges of managing a large budget and running a successful enterprise and we have developed a strong business model to service the complex needs of Fortune 1000 companies.
This model and our CARA philosophy, have translated into long-term partnerships with hundreds of organizations that trust us to deliver their mission-critical learning and performance solutions. In fact, we have a 100 percent client retention rate, and are committed to keeping it that way.
