Organizational Change Management Lead
- Consult with leadership at multiple levels of an organization to understand Change drivers, goals, and expected outcomes
- Conduct a change readiness assessment and stakeholder analysis
- Develop Organizational Change Management strategy
- Develop and manage Change Management work plan; provide status updates on the progress of Change Management
- Develop change communication, training, and resistance management plans and content
- Create the change sponsor roadmap, developed sponsor training and activities
- Coach Senior-level Executives, provided training to develop change skills in others
- Measure the success of change interventions and take action to sustain change
- Refine and update Organizational Change Management and Communications Plan throughout the Execution phase
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience and Certification or an Advanced Degree in Change Management
- Extensive experience developing and managing Change Management work plan and process
- Ability to incorporate techniques and tools to assist process and strategy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong project management and business acumen
Change Communications Specialist
- Leads the communications strategy and plan within the Change Management team
- Creates communication plan that defines objectives, media, channels, and frequency
- Works with key project leadership to develop both strategic and tactical key messages
- Manages the development of communication materials in accordance with overall change goals and ensures communications are aligned with company culture and existing channels
- Develops and executes plans for the design, writing and delivery of employee communication materials, to include, but not limited to executive communications and presentations, emails, conference calls, web sites, memos, etc.
- Creates output definitions such as objectives, media, channel, and frequency that are integrated with other company communication channels
- Supports change management functions through implementation of user engagement and analysis techniques including survey development, focus group facilitation, and conducting of interviews
- Supports stakeholder management by drafting ad hoc communications and presentation
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications skills
- Relevant, recent experience in delivering successful internal communications programs within transforming organizations
- Strong presentation skills for awareness sessions, tool demonstrations, basic learning, and client engagement
- Highly developed MS Office Suite skills especially Word, PowerPoint with strong working knowledge/experience with MS SharePoint a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of organizational behavior principles
- Familiarity with emerging communications media and techniques, and recent, innovative uses of social media in communications strategies
- Ability to address communications needs strategically and creatively, as well as the skills, motivation, and attention to detail required to generate the necessary collateral (designing and drafting communications materials, preparing presentations, writing ad hoc announcements)
