Quality, Consultant Advocate, Project Oversight
As a Service Delivery Manager, I’m involved in just about every aspect of the business from vetting and qualifying candidates, orienting and onboarding consultants, to providing practitioner expertise and coaching throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
How I Got Here
I began my career as a teacher but then decided that working with adults in a learning environment was for me, so I went back to school and earned my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been involved in all aspects of training and development, human resources, performance consulting, and organization development for 20+ years. During my career, I’ve worked for mid-size and Fortune 500 global corporate environments in the airline, hospitality, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
My Master’s thesis on “Value Confluence and Job Satisfaction” taught me a lot about doing what you love and believe in. That is why my career has been very exciting as I’ve held roles as an Instructional Designer, Project Manager, Training Manager, Senior Manager of Talent Development, Assistant Director of HR, and Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Why I Joined CARA
After having experience in large, public companies, I decided it was time to return to a small business environment combining my strengths and passion for training and coaching. Although I originally was focused on being a consultant with CARA, I joined the team on a permanent, full-time basis because of the work I get to do and the team I get to work with. This made my decision very easy.
