CARA Announces Quarterly PURE Award Winners: Gina Hinrichs, Tiffany Prince, Jacqueline Zahn, and Serge Abellard

Oak Brook, Illinois – The CARA Group, Inc., a leading human performance consulting firm, specializing in custom learning, change management and technical communication services, is pleased to announce our second quarter winners of the PURE Service Award (for exceptional service contribution in the categories of Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence.)

The following CARA consultants are the recipients of the Q2 2017 PURE award.

Gina Hinrichs is an Organizational Change Management consultant with over 30 years of business experience. She has worked with CARA for several years developing and managing strategic internal and external change management programs. Her ability to translate business needs to structure, culture, and systems specifications for change makes her stand out in the change management field.

Gina’s Project Manager shared the following:

“Beyond managing changes, Gina educated several of us on what change management is and isn’t, which is part of the reason we needed her expertise. We recognized we didn’t have internal change management expertise and needed better clarity. She provided that. Gina quickly and effectively built relationships with various stakeholder groups, which made her all that much more effective in delivering change management support.”

Tiffany Prince is a Learning and Performance consultant with over 15 years of business experience. She has worked with CARA for three years developing organizational development programs. Her experience in multiple aspects of learning and performance including; project team management, budget management, and instructional design make her an invaluable resource to our clients.

Tiffany’s Service Delivery Manager shared the following:

“Tiffany has become an indispensable member of the team at AbbVie.  Her initial focus was to lead the launch of a Leadership Development program specific to the US Commercial organization.  At this point, all blended solutions, that included both ILT and web based components, have been implemented with great success. Tiffany is now working on the next iteration of this program as well other key priorities for the organization.  Tiffany has proven herself by being highly responsive, extremely collaborative and continues to provide strong thought leadership to her client team at AbbVie. “

Jacqueline and Serge are being recognized for their combined work on a recent Microlearning and training initiative. Together, they created “how to” style videos to support several restaurant management teams.

Jacqueline Zahn is a Learning and Performance consultant with over 20 years of business experience. She has worked with CARA for 8 years providing results-driven solutions for our clients and as a writer/contributor to the CARA blog. Her ability to conceptualize, design, and develop curriculum/programs that fit with each client makes her irreplaceable. She also invented the communication methodology of AF2FTM (Asynchronous Face-to-Face) and speaks about AF2F at various conferences.

Serge Abellard is a Learning and Development consultant with over 9 years of business experience. In his two first projects with CARA, he has already proven himself as a top talent resource. He is a video producer with over 10 years of experience creating and editing engaging videos and has developed multiple industry award winning training programs.


Jacqueline and Serge’s project lead shared the following:

“They communicated really well and even used our communication tool Slack. I cannot say enough about how creative and collaborative they were with our team. They kept the goal in mind with our team and was so focused on helping us getting the videos right. Their flexibility was so great when it came to helping us change priorities. They also worked so well even though our software was changing during development. Not only did they work well with our team, but they helped us create a template of how we will create future videos. Both were top notch and knew they were on top of the project!”
