CARA Announces Quarterly PURE Award Winners: Wendy Buehlman, Michael Schroer, and Nicole Woolsey

Oak Brook, Illinois – The CARA Group, Inc., a leading human performance consulting firm, specializing in custom learning, change management and technical communication services, is pleased to announce our third quarter winners of the PURE Service Award (for exceptional service contribution in the categories of Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence.)
The following CARA consultants are the recipients of the Q3 2016 PURE award.
Wendy Buehlman is an Instructional Designer and Project Management Consultant with CARA. She has worked with CARA for seven years on projects in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, education, food & beverage, human resources, and retail. Her work with CARA includes AbbVie, Accenture, and Career Education Corporation.
Michael Schroer is a Change Management Consultant with CARA. He has worked for CARA for over one year. In this time, he has worked in several roles within a large change management project for a large Fortune 500 client.
Wendy and Mike are being recognized for their combined work on a recent year-long change management and learning initiative for AbbVie. Together, they are moving impacted stakeholders from awareness of upcoming changes to adoption. Their activities include: leadership alignment & engagement; change network mobilization and management; change readiness assessments; and training planning and development.
AbbVie’s Project Manager praised CARA’s Team (Wendy and Mike) “for the amount of work that’s complete thus far and more importantly . . . how they’ve seamlessly integrated into the AbbVie team, so much so that she feels like our team has always been there.”
Nicole Woolsey is an eLearning Developer and Instructional Design consultant with CARA. She has been with CARA for four years and has designed and developed innovative elearning solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, construction, real estate, and energy. Most recently Nicki faced scoping and technical challenges while developing product knowledge training for a client’s salesforce. She not only exceeded the client’s expectations, she delivered under budget, one week ahead of schedule.
