PURE Service Characteristics
The foundation of CARA’s PURE service program is built on selecting and placing consultants demonstrating the following four characteristics: Professionalism - Exhibits conduct or qualities that are consistently characterized by good judgement, marked skill and acceptable business behavior. Understanding - Demonstrates comprehension and the capacity to grasp the relationship of details; exhibits a willingness to appreciate and empathize with others' behavior. Responsibility - Displays moral, legal and personal accountability; the quality of an individual who can be trusted to do what is expected or required. Excellence - Executes the assignment, task, or work at hand through to completion, to meet or exceed the client's expectations. |
