The CARA Story
The CARA Group was founded in 2002. Our name, CARA, is Gaelic for friend. CARA’s Founders, Dan King and Jane Ehrenstrom, looked to develop an organization built on the philosophy that treating clients and consultants as friends made good business sense. The Celtic knot represents our company philosophy. It symbolizes the PURE and binding strength of CARA’s relationships with past, present and future clients and consultants. While Dan passed away in 2017, we continue the tradition of putting the needs of both groups at the center of everything we do and this philosophy is key to our culture today. Dan’s legacy lives on under the leadership of the women who hold the key executive positions with the company.
