Brian Arnold, VP Talent Management and Organizational Development



Brian Arnold is Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Development at The CARA Group, Inc.  Brian is responsible for leading an incredibly talented team of Consultants, Recruiters, Human Resources, and Service Delivery professionals. Brian’s team helps clients and CARA’s employees achieve their full potential through delivering human-centered solutions, ranging from leadership development to learning strategy, transformational change management, global digital learning programs, and internal communications.

Prior to joining CARA as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Brian held several leadership roles in human capital consulting, learning, and leadership development with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Northrop Grumman, and the U.S. Air Force.

Brian has led people and organizational development projects and programs across multiple industries including consulting, defense, technology, government, and healthcare. In these roles, he was responsible for service delivery, sales, marketing, practice development, and recruiting efforts and he and his teams commonly worked with CHROs, HR Executives, Talent Leaders, HRBPs, and business unit leaders to help deliver tangible business results.

Brian has his MBA from the University of Maryland and his B.S. in Business from Wesley College. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, exercising, travel, and spending time with his family.
