11.8.14 – The CARA team will be making and serving brunch on Saturday, November 8 for the residents of the Ronald McDonald’s House near Lurie Children’s Hospital. The Ronald McDonald House, located at 211 East Grand in Chicago, supports the needs of families whose children are receiving treatment at nearby Ann & Robert H. 11.5.14 – CARA is pleased to present at the Chicago chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI)’s 2014 Cracker-barrel event on Change. CARA’s Service Delivery Manager Consultant, Barbara Boch, will be presenting, Best Practices and Roadmap for Success with Change. Barbara will cover the most recent industry best practice data on Change Management, a brief summary of the newly defined Organizational Change Management standards, and a high level roadmap for a successful change strategy and plan aligned with any project. 8.21.14 – CARA is pleased to host the STC Chicago Chapter’s August Meeting, 4 Progressions, on Thursday, August 21 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m., at CARA’s office in Oak Brook, IL.
