CARA Announces New VP Talent Management and Organizational Development – Brian Arnold

Oak Brook, IL – The CARA Group is pleased to announce the hiring of Brian Arnold to the position of VP, Talent Management & Organizational Development effective November 5th 2018.  Brian reports to CARA’s President and CEO.  Brian is responsible for leading an incredibly talented team of Consultants, Recruiters, Human Resources, and Service Delivery professionals. Brian’s team helps clients and CARA’s employees achieve their full potential through delivering human-centered solutions, ranging from leadership development to learning strategy, transformational change management, global digital learning programs, and internal communications.

Prior to joining CARA, Brian held several leadership roles in human capital consulting, learning, and leadership development with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Northrop Grumman, and the U.S. Air Force. Brian has led people and organizational development projects and programs across multiple industries including consulting, healthcare, technology, defense, and government. Brian has his MBA from the University of Maryland and his B.S. in Business from Wesley College.
