CARA Announces Quarterly PURE Award Winners: Sheryl Hall, Demetrius Bonin, and Gina Hinrichs

Oak Brook, Illinois – The CARA Group, Inc., a leading human performance consulting firm, specializing in custom learning, change management and technical communication services, is pleased to announce our 2018 third quarter winners of the PURE Service Award (for exceptional service contribution in the categories of Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence.)
The following CARA consultants are the recipients of the PURE award.
Sheryl Hall is an Organizational Change Management professional with over 25 years of business experience. Sheryl is certified in PROSCI and Advanced PROSCI Change Management. She has an exceptional ability to leverage data and critical thinking skills to shape strategies and solutions for successful change implementation. She has continuously demonstrated her ability to execute and deliver multiple change projects while working collaboratively and in an ambiguous and time constrained environment.
Sheryl’s recent Project Manager shared the following comments:
Demetrius Bonin is a Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of business experience. Demetrius is a Senior level Instructional Designer and highly experienced global training manager. His flexibility and creativity building solutions allows clients to have the best blended learning that will fit their organization and needs.
Gina Hinrichs is an Organizational Change Management professional with over 30 years of business experience. Gina is adept at enabling organizations to successfully engage employees and stakeholders through effective communication channels. She has a great ability to translate business needs to structure, culture, and systems specifications for change. She is an exceptional change communicator and extremely skilled at designing and aligning messages to appropriate audiences using the appropriate tools.
