CARA Announces Quarterly PURE Award Winners: Tiffani Boyd and Katie Justice

Oak Brook, IL – The CARA Group, Inc., a leading human performance consulting firm, specializing in custom learning, change management and technical communication services, is pleased to announce our fourth quarter winners of the PURE Service Award (for exceptional service contribution in the categories of Professionalism, Understanding, Responsibility and Excellence.)
The following CARA consultants are the recipients of the Q4 2017 PURE award.
Tiffani Boyd is a Learning and Development professional with over 15 years of business experience. Tiffani exceeds in all areas of instructional design. Her strong communication skills and ability to manage expectations throughout the project make her a great project lead or a valuable member of any team. Her creativity and versatility allows her to adapt to new technologies quickly and create solutions that align with the business goals. Tiffani has done exceptional work with a variety of CARA clients including CCIM, AbbVie, A.J. Gallagher, and Healthcare Service Corporation (HCSC).

Katie Justice is a Learning and Development professional with over 10 years of business experience. She has strong instructional design capabilities with a key focus on optimizing the learner’s time. She is passionate about learning and continually strives to find efficiencies wherever possible. Katie is resourceful and creatively finds ways to research and gather content. Some of her recent client projects include, AbbVie, Astellas, W.W. Grainger, Healthcare Service Corporation (HCSC), and U.S. Foods.
