Welcome to another issue of Eolas. Here in Chicago, we are welcoming the familiar change from spring to summer (then to fall, and back to summer again!). In fact, change is top of mind for CARA lately. Our change management practice is growing. And, with growth comes change. Recently, we expanded our office to accommodate additional staff, and we are in the midst of strengthening our infrastructure to ensure we can continue to service our clients and consultants. To mitigate our risk, CARA is "eating our own dog food" — we are actually using change management tools, processes and procedures.

Our feature article this month, "Making Change Stick: Change Management Metrics" is a primer for anyone about to undertake a change in their organization. Whether it's a new IT system implementation, a performance management system, or sales procedures, change is not easy.
