Ladies and Gentlemen:
Start your engines! We talk a lot about change management—the readiness assessments, the methodologies, the tools and resources necessary to help people through the impact of change to adoption. However, there is a significant distinction between change management and the critical skills required in change leadership.
John Kotter, an organizational change expert, and Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School, explains change leadership as the engine that drives a change initiative. Without that vision, commitment, and control, all the tools in the world won't make people adopt the change. We invite you to read this month's feature article, "Change Leadership AND Change Management: Why do organizations need these capabilities now?"
CARA has changes of our own to report. We are pleased to announce CARA's place on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest growing private companies for the third consecutive year. Also, we are proud to make the Top 20 Workforce Development Providers by TrainingIndustry.com. These accomplishments are the results of our loyal clients' trust in us and the hard work and leadership of our talented team of consultants and staff. We are celebrating!
Hope you enjoy reading this issue of Eolas. Please feel free to share your comments with us!
