My Role on the CARA Team

Ensuring Client and Consultant Success

As a Recruiter, I am primarily responsible for finding, qualifying, and placing consultants on various client projects. I am there every step of the way. From the CARA vetting process, to client interviews, to starting on day one, to wrapping up a project and looking at what’s next, I am an advocate for the consultant.

How I Got Here

A proud Mizzou alum with a degree in Business – Marketing, I held several marketing positions in just a year’s time before changing directions. I was searching for a role that would allow me to play a meaningful part in interesting and engaging projects, work as part of a team, and have a direct impact on other’s lives. I was lucky enough to come across such an opportunity at CARA on our Recruiting team.

Why I Joined CARA

After meeting with multiple team members, I felt that CARA was truly a place that cared for their own, sincerely desired to become valued partners with not only their clients but with their consultants, and would be a stimulating place to work. I am happy to say that I became a part of the CARA family in August, 2012.
